Manitoba Umpire Valerie Pelleck Completes International Certification

Congratulations to Valerie on successfully completing her international certification at a WBSC Umpire Certification Seminar held earlier this week in conjunction with the Canada Cup in Surrey, BC! Val is now eligible to represent Canada internationally. We can't wait to see what she does next!
